Do you need to be flexible or have experience with yoga to have a session?

No, this is not a yoga session. You will be carefully guided and supported through postures. Yoga Therapy is about your internal response to what’s happening with your body, not about your physical abilities.

How can a session help me?

Life stress, decision making, anxiety, relationship issues and questions about who and why we “are”, are all a part of life. After a session, clients report improved physical and mental well-being, deep relaxation, clearer thinking and clarity around life issues, greater emotional stability and a sense of empowerment.
